Returns Are Simple

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Log in to your account and view your order history.
• Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a return request.
• You can nominate exchange items at the same time using the notes area.
• A returns form is included in your parcel — please complete it and include it with your return.

Return by Mail

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
• Please return items in a postage satchel or box — do not attach labels directly to the shoe box.

Exchanges & Shipping Costs

• Exchanges incur the same shipping cost as the original order.
• If your original order qualified for free shipping, your first exchange ships free within Australia.
• If shipping was paid on the original order, a flat rate of $9.95 applies for Australian exchanges.
• International exchanges are charged at the same rate as the original order.

Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be unworn, unmarked, undamaged, and returned in original condition.
• Returns may be declined if items show signs of wear or damage.
• A $5 restocking fee applies if the shoe box is damaged due to labels or tape applied directly to it.
• Special-order items may not be eligible for refund and may instead receive store credit.
• Socks & Accessories are not eligible for refund or exchange.
