At Manning Shoes, we offer fast and reliable shipping throughout Australia & Internationally.

Order Dispatch

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed ( Monday-Friday)
• Orders are dispatched daily before 2.00pm AEST.
• Orders place after 2.00pm will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped within 48 hours of the next business day.

• Orders under $150 AUD: $9.95 flat rate
• Orders over $150 AUD: FREE standard shipping

Standard Shipping + Extra Cover

• Orders under $150 AUD: $13.95 flat rate

Shipping Insurance (Extra Cover)

• Optional additional Insurance available for $3 AUD
• Covers your order if damaged or lost in transit

Express Shipping

• $14.95 flat rate Australia Wide

New Zealand Shipping

Excludes Birkenstock products

Orders over $150 AUD: FREE Shipping

Orders under $150: $9.95 Flat rate shipping

International Shipping

• Excludes Birkenstocks and Taos products to selected countries
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight
• International orders are shipped via Australia Post and transferred to local carrier partners upon arrival in the destination country.
• Taxes, tariffs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Applicable duties & taxes may be automatically calculated at checkout.
• International deliveries may experience delays due to customs processing.

In-Store Click & Collect

• Free Click & Collect is available from all Manning Shoes stores.
• Collection is available during normal store trading hours.
• Orders are generally ready within 2 hours subject to stock availability.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
• Please wait for your collection notification before visiting the store.

Shipping Delays on Selected Products

• Some products may be available for purchase before arriving at our warehouse.
• These items will have an estimated shipping delay displayed on the product page.
• When purchasing these items, dispatch will occur once stock is received

Important Information

We strongly recommend downloading the Australia Post App to track your parcel and receive collection notifications.

• Manning Shoes is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit unless additional Insurance has been purchased.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is correct.
• Order returned to sender due to an incorrect address or non-collection will incur a $10 RTS fee.
