Shipping 

Manning Shoes offer standard, Express or Standard with Insurance shipping within Australia using Australia Post. International shipping is via Australia Post until it reaches the country of destination where it is then taken over by their partner carriers. 

All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of order being placed Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated on product page. Orders are dispatched daily before 2pm, any order that comes in after 2pm will not leave the same day. All shipping rates apply to Australian dollars.

Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped within 48 hours of the first business day following.

No responsibility is taken for items lost/damaged in transit unless additional Insurance cover has been selected. No responsibility is taken for incorrect addresses given at time of order. If an item is Returned To Sender due to non collection or incorrect details - a charge of $10 will apply. 

We suggest that you track your delivery via the Australia Post App to confirm when your item is ready for collection or has been delivered. 

Our shipping rates are as follows

Shipping Australia Wide

Orders under $98.99 incur a flat rate $9.95 fee

Orders under $98.99 Option including Extra Cover (Insurance) $14.95

Orders over $99 are eligible for Free Shipping

Additional Insurance is available for $3 - Covers order if lost/damaged in transit

Express Shipping incurs a flat rate of $12.95

Shipping International to New Zealand (excludes Birkenstock)

Orders over $99 AUD are eligible for Free Shipping

Orders under $98.99 AUD incur a flat rate $15 fee

Shipping International to Other Regions

All other International shipping is calculated upon checkout (excludes Birkenstock & Taos)

Taxes, Tariffs & duties are the responsibility of the receiver, these charges will be automatically applied at checkout.

International parcels may be subject to extended delays due to customs clearance.

Shipping Times

Standard Domestic - 3-10 business days (depending on state)

Express Domestic - 2-5 business days (depending on state)

Standard NZ - 5-14 Business day

Standard International - 5-21 Business days

In Store Pick Up

In store pick up is available from our stores Monday - Friday during trading hours. Our Trading hours can be viewed here. Orders for pick up are usually ready to collect within 2 hours during these times. However, a notification will be sent to your email once your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your pick up notification before going into store.

Shipping Delays on Selected Products

Selected products on our site are available to purchase in a given number of days prior to stock being available in our warehouse. When you order an item that is in-transit to us there will be a delay in shipping your item/s.  This delayed shipping notice will be shown on the product page below the ADD TO BAG button.
