Returns Are Simple!

You’ll find a ‘returns form’ in the box with your order, simply fill out the form and enclose with your return items. All returns/exchanges are to be sent to 189 Victoria Street Taree NSW 2430 Australia

Return by mail

You will need to cover the shipping cost to return your item/s by mail. We recommend returning your items using a trackable service as we cannot take responsibility of items missing in transit.

Exchanges incur the same shipping costs as the original order. Example: if your original order was eligible for Free shipping your first exchange will be sent back to you FREE. If you paid shipping on your original order, a flat rate fee of $9.95 will apply to ship within Australia. International exchanges will incur the same rate as your original order.

We may decline your refund or exchange if your items are worn, marked or damaged and not in line with the way they were sent.

If you request a refund, you will be refunded via the same payment method in which your order was placed.

If you request an exchange, please note on the ‘returns form’ your replacement items and we’ll process the exchange and dispatch the items within 24 hours. You will receive a new tracking notification once shipped.

If the exchange item is not in stock, we will contact you via phone or email and process a refund back to your account. Please check that your replacement is in stock on our website, otherwise we can’t promise your exchange will be available.

You may also request a store credit.

You may call 02 65521177 and let us know you intend to exchange and we are more than happy to put your exchange shoes on hold. This way they will not sell out before your item has been received back.

Faulty Goods

For all faulty goods, please forward an email to customerservice@manningshoes.com.au with details of the fault and a minimum of 2 images of the fault. Our faulty claims manager will make an assessment and we will advise how we can proceed. All faulty shoes must be returned to our warehouse, we will cover the costs of return postage if the shoes are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Alternatively you can call us on (02) 6552 1177, to discuss.

Shipping

Manning Shoes offer standard shipping within Australia using Australia Post or Aramex. International shipping via Australia Post to New Zealand, US, UK and Singapore. All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of order being placed Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated on product page. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped within 24 hours of the first business day following. No responsibility is taken for items lost in transit - claims must be made by the recipient direct to Australia Post.

International shipping times may vary - Average shipping time to New Zealand is 14 days

Taxes & duties are the responsibility of the receiver, we advise that your speak to your local postal carrier to confirm any thresholds for any additional charges

In Store Pick Up

In store pick up is available from our stores Monday - Friday during trading hours. Our Trading hours can be viewed here. Orders for pick up are usually ready to collect within 2 hours during these times. However, a notification will be sent to your email once your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your pick up notification before going into store.

Shipping Delays on Selected Products

Selected products on our site are available to purchase in a given number of days prior to stock being in our warehouse. When you order an item that is in-transit to us there will be a delay in shipping your item/s.  This delayed shipping notice will be shown on the product page below the ADD TO BAG button.
